UGN Barber Academy is dedicated to training the next generation of skilled, confident, and professional barbers through hands-on training, real=client experience, business education, and mentorship. Our mission is to prepare students for success in the barber industry and help them build careers that cannot be replaced by technology.
Hands-On Barber Training
At UGN Baber Academy, students receive real-client barber training and hands-on experience in a live barber shop environment. Students build confidence behind the chair while mastering fades, tapers, razor work, sanitation, professionalism, and customer service.
Leadership &
Community Impact
We Believe great barbers should also impact their communities. Students participate in outreach, mentorship, and community service experiences that help build leadership, discipline, professionalism, and confidence both inside and outside the barber industry.

At UGN Barber Academy, students learn more than cutting hair. We teach branding, social media marketing, podcasting, professionalism, and business strategies that help barbers grow their audience, build clientele, and create long-term success in today's industry.
